Symantec Gateway 10.6.5 OWA

Hi,

We have implemented Symantec Gateway 10.6.5 but we are failing to connect to OWA via public IP. Internally, I am able to connect to MS exchange, but from outside I am landing in MGS. Is there something that I have missed?
