SMG not able to quarantine spam mail. but My Email security.cloud do quarantine

Hi Everyone,

Actually we are recieve one mail whao has spam but my SMG is not quarantine this mail. My symantec email security.cloud is quarantine this same mail.

My question is why is happening why my smg not quarantine this mail.
