Help with Policies

Hello Everyone, can anyone help me with the below polcies which I would like to create.

1) Quarantine if email sender is blank

2) Quarantine if the email subject is blank

3) Quarantine if the email body is blank

4) Quarantine if the SPF Validation fails

5) Quarantine if DKIM Validation fails

Appreciate if you can share the steps to create polcies with the above requirements. Thanks
