We have a symantec brightmail virtual server setup on our network and have one issue after updating it, our sister company's emails relay to us that gets scanned by the brightmail appliance. the issue is that it is blocking all of the mails and the scanning is very aggressive on that domain, is there a way we can change the aggressiveness of the scanning on that domain what can you recommend we change on the symantec brightmail appliance to stop the blocking of that domains emails.
