I need a solution

I'm the IT guy for my company, and we just migrated our WHM server to a new dedicated server, unfortunatly the IP that OVH gave us was blacklisted on a few mailing blacklists, most of them removed it within a few hours of our requests while yours (requested removal from http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup ) still hasn't done so.
On that page it says that it should take less than 24hrs, the 1st time we requested the removal of our IP was a week ago, and I repeated the request 2 additional times in that week.
Our blacklisted IP is: 37.187.158.90
We need to be out of this blacklist because many of our clients are complaining that mail are beeing blocked by your blacklist.
