Replace old Appliance SMG (Control Center & Scanner) with new appliance SMG 8380 V2

We have two (2) old hardware SMG with control center & scanner in High Availability, and we need to replace it with new Appliance SMG 8380 V2, but is necessary to keep existing configuration, how can we perform this migration ? what's the steps please ?
