After some discussions with Symantec messaging teams, our business partners who are using Symantec Message Labs as their message filtering service have reported that the sender “Oaknorth.com” is blacklisted by Symantec Message Labs. This is resulting in some of the emails from our domain not getting delivered in the business partner environment.This is a whitelisting request to enable oaknorth.com and oaknorth.ai senders in your message filtering service. If you need any information, please let me know..

I need a solution

Hello everybody!

We initially installed the SMG ver.10.6.5-1 system on Oracle VM 3.4.
Everything works.
However, we were not able to upgrade to 10.6.6-5.
Now, installing the latest version 10.7.3 also failed.
We tried updating and reinstalling.
Does anyone have experience installing SMG other than on Vmvare?

Hello everyone, can you please share with me how can I create a content filtering policy to block certain Display names from outside senders to inbound recepients. I would like to use a custom dictionary containing multiple addresses which I would like to block. Thanks

Good afternoon, I followed all the steps in the link https://support.symantec.com/us/en/article.TECH855....
In the audit lod does not display e-mail and some e-mails appear without content. I increased the timeout from 60 seconds to 5 minutes in inbound, outbound and delivery, I also disabled reverse dns, restarted messaging, without success. I checked at the firewall and there are no blocks. In smg there are no restrictions on bad senders domain, help me please.
Note: I contacted the recipient and they informed me that the messages are being delivered to the company where I work, but the m-emails do not arrive here.

I have a problem with login to SMG.

whenever I try to open SMG web interface it ask me a certificate for authentication. the old version didt have this and this error made our users confused whenever they try to release or view a spam email.

where can I disable this feature?
