Exclude one mail address from virus scan

Hi,

I'm using Symantec Messaging Gateway 10.6.0.7 

My Unwanted mail policy is aktive and sends to spam folder but

Messaging Gateway blocks one mail address with false positive due to "Unscannable due to malforme MIME" policy and sends to spam folder.

How can I exclude this mail address from scanning ?
